About me:
Psychology has always fascinated me, particularly understanding what drives human behaviour and how we can navigate challenges to foster positive change. As a psychologist, I strive to create a warm, friendly, and collaborative therapeutic environment and aim to create the experience as authentic and comfortable as possible.

I bring experience in addressing a variety of mental health issues, including depression, various anxiety-related presentations, substance use disorders, gambling, self-esteem and confidence issues, ADHD, stress management and relationship and interpersonal difficulties. I also have experience in workplace and corporate services such as EAP and workplace recruitment screening. Each client’s journey is unique, and I believe in tailoring my therapeutic approach to suit your individual needs.

My practice is grounded in evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-based strategies. I am committed to continually learning and evolving professionally, staying informed about the latest advancements in psychological treatment.

Since starting my career, I have developed a passion for helping individuals overcome their challenges and achieve meaningful life changes. I aim to provide a supportive space where you can develop greater resilience, enhance your well-being, and work towards the changes that are meaningful to you.
